Wholesale Approval

Sanctuary Wholesale.com is a wholesale only site. All customers will need to provide a valid resale tax ID number at the time of registration.

Once we receive your application for access to our site we will process your application within 48hrs. After your application has been approved you will be emailed login information and be able to see our wholesale products and pricing.

All wholesale orders are now taken on-line. If you need to contact our office, please be aware that we are a company of working artists, and may be in the studio or shipping orders and unable to take your call. We pride ourselves on customer service and will return your call ASAP.

Please note that we are on Pacific Time--please no calls after normal business hours 9am-5pm PST!

We prefer to take orders via our on-line ordering system. Feel free to also contact us via email with any questions or concerns at sales@sanctuarywholesale.com

Minimum Order

The minimum  order  requirement is $50.00. Orders that do not meet the  $50.00 minimum (before shipping charges) will be charged a $10.00 handling fee prior to shipping.

Purchasing Information – How to Order

1. Order Online using Secure Shopping Cart - To place an order, click on the "Add to Cart" button next to each item. You can then check out or continue shopping and adding product to your cart. You will create  an account that will store your personal information (i.e. name, email and shipping address), so the next time you shop with us, all you will have to do is log into your account.

2. Mail Order Form – Print out our your order and indicate in shopping cart that you will be paying by money order or personal check and mail with payment to address below.

Payment Policy

We accept Visa, MasterCard , Verified PayPal, Money Orders and Personal checks. All orders made via PayPal will be delivered to the verified PayPal address supplied.

For Paypal orders: Go through the online ordering process and choose Paypal from the payment options. You will be emailed a receipt for your purchase but the order will not be started until payment is received. Go to www.paypal.com  and send money to orders@sanctuarywholesale.com for total amount as listed on your email receipt.

All payments must be in US Dollars.

All money orders and personal checks must be received within 7 days of your purchase otherwise your order will be cancelled. Personal checks will be held for 10 days or until cleared.

Shipping Rates and Policies

Since many of our items are shipped directly from the artists they may ship from several locations. Shipping will be charged at approximately 10% of total order for US customers only. Orders under $50.00 will be charged the handling fee in your shipping charges. If additional shipping applies we will notify you upon ordering.

Most orders are shipped within 5-7 business days after receipt of payment unless otherwise noted. All Custom Orders take 2-3 weeks delivery as noted for those products.

Most Orders are shipped via US Mail or UPS Ground. Special delivery arrangements are available for an additional charge.

Expedited Flat Rate Shipping Charges

These rates will be added to the standard shipping charges. Sorry these rates are only available to the lower 48 States. Delivery address must not be a PO Box including  APO's and FPO's

If you would like expedited shipping please contact us upon ordering and we will supply you with additional charges.

International orders to some countries will be considered. Please be aware that we do NOT collect any tariffs or Customs fees and those fees are NOT included in the price of your order. It is your responsibility to apprise yourself of our country's regulations. We cannot refund your account for orders confiscated by your country's Customs Officers. PLEASE contact your local postal office or Customs Office regarding their regulations BEFORE you order. We are a United States company and all orders are shipped from the USA.

We do not ship to Africa or the Middle East.

Return Policy

Due to the wholesale status of this website, we only offer refunds on defective merchandise. However, in some cases we will accept returns within 30 days. Merchandise must be unopened and in saleable condition.

Please do not hesitate to contact us for a return authorization prior to returning any items. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED without a return authorization number. You may obtain a return authorization number by doing the following:

1. Email orders@sanctuarywholesale.com
2. Include your original ORDER NUMBER (we cannot identify you without this number)
3. Include your original INVOICE DATE (date on the invoice shipped with your order)
4. Provide a brief explanation as to the problem or reason for the return
5. No returns after 30 days of receipt of merchandise.

Items returned for any reason other than our error or manufacturer's defect will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
