Wholesale ordering is simple and straightforward here at Sanctuary Wholesale's on-line catalog. Our secure shopping cart allows you to choose your preferred method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Money Order or Check). It will walk you through step by step through check out. Q: Do you dropship?

A: No. At this time we do not dropship to your customers. Your orders must meet our low $50 minimum and be shipped directly to your business.

Q: Why do I have to supply my Tax ID # each time?

A: For two reasons...1) To ensure that only legitimate retailers order from this site, and 2) By law, we have to have your tax ID number on file in order to sell items to you on a wholesale basis. Thank you for your understanding!

Q: Do you ship COD or offer payment terms?

A: At this time, we don't ship via COD and all orders must be prepaid. However, we do accept credit and debit cards allowing you to easily prepay for your order. If you prefer to mail in payment, you may do so with a money order or check (this option is also within our shopping cart). All money orders and personal checks must be received within 7 days of your purchase otherwise your order will be cancelled. Personal checks will be held for 10 days or until cleared.

Q: Do you have a printed catalog?

A: No. We gave up trying to keep up with a printed catalog since we add new products so often. Also, by having our catalog on-line only, we are able to keep our wholesale prices low. We work hard to give you clear detailed pictures of our products so that you see what you are getting.

Q: Can I use your photos on my web site?

A: Yes! Once you've placed your first wholesale order, please notify us for permission to get copyright approved graphics and descriptions of them for use in reselling our products on your website. We do require a link back to our site www.sanctuarywholesale.com

Q: Can I sell your items on ebay?

A: Yes! We do not attempt to limit our customers from using ebay and other on-line auction sites for the resale of our products.

Q: What is your turn around time?

A: We are a smaller company that takes great pride in the craftsmanship of our products. Each and every one of our products are made to order by each of our artist's in their own studios (in the U.S.A.!). We generally ask that you allow two to three weeks for the delivery of your order.

Q: How are the items shipped?

A: We use USPS or UPS for almost all of our packages and signature confirmation. If you supply us with an e-mail address upon check out, we will e-mail you tracking information once your package leaves our warehouse. If you would like expedited shipping please contact us upon ordering and we will supply you with additional charges.

Q: How do you handle returns, damaged items, etc.?

A: We want our clients to be happy and satisfied with our products. We will accept returns within 30 days. Merchandise must be unopened and in saleable condition. You will be required to supply a return authorization prior to returning any items - See our Policies page for more details.
