An introduction to the use of relaxation, guided meditations, creative visualization, healing movements, breath, sound and toning to release blockages, still our minds, awaken our intuition and healing abilities. We will explore the seven major chakras (energy centers in the subtle body), and learn tools to help us come into more alignment and balance, make life changes, and gain a deeper understanding of our life journey and purpose and to connect with our inner spirit

Circle of Healing Movement Sound and Song~ 1 hr & 2 hr workshops

Join Kirsten Korot in an introduction to the techniques she used in her own healing journey through a life threatening illness. In a safe, supportive circle we will explore the power of healing movements, breath, sound, visualization and especially the human voice to uplift, heal and empower ourselves. You will learn techniques to relieve stress, manage pain, release physical and emotional blockages and come more into alignment and deeper states of peace and joy. Tibetan bowls, tuning forks and music are also used to enhance the experience.

We will explore the power of healing movements, sound, vibration and especially the human voice to uplift, heal and empower ourselves, access higher levels of awareness, and deepen our connection with the sacred. In a safe, supportive circle, we will use guided Qigong sacred healing movements, meditation, breath, song, toning and sound healing, to open our voices, release blockages , "tune" our bodies, free expression and come into deep states of peace and joy. We will clear and balance the chakras with movement and sound and work with the powerful vibrations of Tibetan bowls, tuning forks and music to enhance our experience.

This workshop is a blending of meditation, visualizations, music and sound therapy. You will learn how to create your own spiritual room to connect more fully with your intuitive abilities. Hands on techniques and group interactive exercises. You will learn to open up to your soul energy that is receptive to the Universal flow that is always around us. So join Kirsten Korot and Jamie Clark for an evening of fun, and enlightenment as you learn what intuitive powers lie within.

Intensive for Healing Practitioners withKirsten Korot - 4 hr session

Using vibrational, sound, visualization, breathing, sacred qigong healing movements and a toning circle. Each attendee with be paired with another to use the techniques they learn to do sound readings and open their own intuition on each other. Tibetan bowls, tuning forks and other healing instruments also used. Great for practioners of yoga, reiki, massage and other healers to learn techniques they can add to their practice. Limited to 20 people maximum to get full benefit of hands on techniques and individual attention.
